You can have a brand new Lushentic Birkin for $8K in Togo leather or you can get a 1:1 mirror copy for $5K in Togo leather. Your choice of color, size, hardware or even a Himalaya! Exotic skins are more costly (ostrich, lizard, crocodile).

Hermes bought all niloticus crocodile skins for Birkin size 25. We now have access to skins for sizes 30 and 35.
