Volunteer & International Relations Opportunities

World Fashion Exhibition – New York 2026

Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY, with opportunities for remote work.

Volunteers at the World Fashion Exhibition NYC 2026 will assist in event coordination, support marketing campaigns, liaise with designers, manage guest experiences, and contribute to sustainability initiatives aligned with the event’s mission.

We are also seeking International Relations & Sales Managers to coordinate international designers attending the World Fashion Exhibition in New York on October 9th, 2026, including activations at iconic locations such as Times Square.

This opportunity allows candidates to initially work remotely from their home country or city by supporting international communications, designer coordination, partnerships, and outreach efforts. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and successful communications may later be invited to assist with on-site production coordination during the event in New York City.

There are different levels of participation and collaboration opportunities available.

Qualifications

* Event Coordination, Planning, Time Management, and Organizational Skills
* Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
* Social Media Management and Content Creation for Marketing Support
* Strong Passion for Sustainability and Knowledge of Eco-Fashion Trends
* Collaborative Mindset with the Ability to Work Independently and Within a Team
* Problem-Solving Skills, Flexibility, and Enthusiasm for Learning
* Familiarity with Event Technology Tools or Platforms is a Plus
* Previous Experience in Events, Fashion, Luxury, Sales, or Sustainability Industries is an Advantage
