Took this work in progress on a walk for inspiration. I don't always draft plans for my macramé hangings, but this one will be used as a teaching piece - incorporating knots strategically to teach techniques. Personally, I love whimsical, layered, messy works, but the deviation to a geometric and measured style is giving me all the balanced feels.
