My 01/26/24 lesson for today…I’ve learned & come to practice keeping my painful emotions/feelings close to my heart for fear of debate, overly opinionated, angry, deflecting feedback. In the end I would feel worst than i did in the beginning. It was my precious granddaughter who taught me to listen….she still sometimes tells me…. Nanna your not listening❤️She taught me to understand & appreciate the true meaning of feelings, experiences & life by just listening without responding & I love her beyond words for this lesson❤️💋Love U Nannabear💋

There is no worst heartbreak than when you share yourself, thoughts, etc with someone you love & trust. ESPECIALLY FAMILY! How sad is that!!!!! Remember what you put out into the universe you may not receive back from that SELFISH person, but it WILL RECEIVE FROM OTHERS💋
