People in the medical field are having to reuse disposable masks. Every time they do so it compromises the integrity mask further. Only a fraction of the masks they are producing overseas are medical grade. The shortage of N95 fabric has skyrocketed the global price per ton from $6k to $60k and has minimized testing time to almost zero. It is uncertain how the global markets will be able to fulfill all the orders that are currently being placed.
