Visiting St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, felt like stepping into a postcard.

From the moment we landed, everything slowed down in the best way. Turquoise water wrapped around the island, palm trees swayed like they were welcoming us home, and the views from the hills were unreal. Every turn in the road revealed another jaw dropping views of the Caribbean Sea.

We stayed at the Marriott Buoy Haus Beach Resort, and it was absolutely stunning. Nestled right along the water, the resort blends laid-back luxury with island charm oceanfront views, beautifully designed spaces, and the kind of peaceful atmosphere that makes you forget what day it is. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight onto the beach felt like a dream.

Mornings were for beach hopping soft sand, crystal clear water, and that calm you can only find on an island. Afternoons meant exploring Charlotte Amalie, soaking up the history, colorful buildings, and local flavors. And the sunsets? Absolutely unmatched golden skies melting into deep blues, reminding you to pause and just be.

St. Thomas is the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Whether you’re snorkeling, sailing, shopping, or doing absolutely nothing at all, the island meets you exactly where you are.
