With some reopening and increased ability to get outside⛅, try taking your indoor exercises outside in the fresh air. Here, we are doing some stomach crunches in the shade of a public park-- appreciating the outdoor air even more than we used to after the "stay at home" quarantine. Because the UV Index is a 9 today in Connecticut, we did not leave the house without the Sun gluvs to keep our hands sun protected ☀️🚫at all times. Enjoy!!!Stay safe! ❣️💕⛱️☀️
