It comes down to how warm your nursery is tonight, which is why the answer is different in every house.

TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade. It measures how much warmth a sleep sack holds in. Higher number, warmer sack.

Most of us dress the baby for the season and forget that the room is doing its own thing, especially with the AC running.

Put a thermometer where the crib sits, see what the temperature really is, then match it. Swipe for the chart.
