A beautiful weekend back in Savannah with SCAD School of Fashion.

I had the privilege of serving as a juror for this year’s senior collections, reviewing work from 150 graduating students (Wow!).

The best part was the students. Speaking with them, looking closely at their garments, talking through construction, concept, next steps, and the very real transition from school.

Very inspiring to see young people still thinking about the future and reminded that every act of human creation is a hopeful one, even a rebellious one.

I left feeling grateful for the conversations, the generosity of the faculty and connection with fellow jurors, the preview of the show on models, the dinners (after dinner ride shares!), and one very necessary brooch added to my collection. ✨️

Congratulations seniors and faculty for a great showcase. Students! Help me tag the designers I'm missing.

Congratulations for his opening of in the shops at Hudson Yards.

Francisco Costa’s work has been in my visual language for a long time. I still have binders of magazine tears from childhood, many of them Calvin Klein ads and editorials from his tenure. So it felt meaningful to step into a brand world entirely of his own conception and design language.

The new store has this gorgeous brutalist openness, warm, elemental, and precise; A beautiful corner on the first floor inside Hudson Yards to take in this legend's POV from the online store to physical reality.

A wonderful weekend in the arid southwest with the creative oasis that is . I spoke at their annual fashion symposium presenting my lecture, "Beyond the Garment: Fashion, AI, and Creative World-building". I was with my fellow esteemed speakers, including the force of nature that is who I would argue may be putting the couture houses to shame in her cutting edge practices leading visual effects teams through global box office films like James Cameron's franchise. The depth of work and collaboration between man and machine moved me deeply. Creators are here to stay.

What they are building in the southwest is a formidable fashion and costume design program with burgeoning talent comparable to their higher education counterparts. It was exciting to see the community driven efforts that produce their fashion show in Scottsdale. And...a few moments of respite that you can only find in the desert didn't hurt either. 😎🏜

⏳ The quarterfinal clock is winding down — and I need your support to advance to the semi-finals.

As many of you know, I’ve spent the last six years working inside a Garment District factory, carving out a small corner of that space to build my brand, my work, and my purpose. During that time, I also worked with the New York Fashion Workers Development Coalition to help secure protections for the Garment District from City Council. It is something I’m deeply proud of.

But with the newest rent increase, I knew my time there was coming to an end.
The winner of this competition receives $20,000 — and for me, that isn’t prize money. It’s the opportunity to find a new home for my work: a space where I can continue creating, meeting clients, protecting the storage of my garments and inventory, fulfilling orders and continuing to grow the vision I’ve been building over my 17 year career in fashion.

Hi everyone — I wanted to share this with you first before I announce it publicly tomorrow morning.

This has been a season of big transitions — from testifying at City Hall, to closing the studio, to showing my first solo presentation at NYFW. Many of you have supported me through those moments, so it felt right to open the doors here before anywhere else.
