Because "stuck at home" doesn’t have to mean "stuck alone", Sophie and her team will organise weekly virtual HearKnit sessions on Zoom. It’s free to join and donations are encouraged - Venmo (all proceeds will go to Life project for youth - LP4Y ) https://en.lp4y.org

URI NYC provides life-saving social services to New Yorkers who are suffering from domestic violence, helping individuals and families escape abuse, safely heal and gain resources to live healthy, independent lives.
Every 9 seconds a women is beaten in the United Sates. We hope to help bring awareness that domestic violence can happen to anyone, anytime, regardless of age, race, gender identity, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status.
