“What happens when a couple loves films with entirely different aesthetics, worlds and eras—and is drawn to everything from A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Romeo + Juliet to Moulin Rouge?

For Marisa Terry and Ray ☀️ ریحانه film became the thread running through the entire wedding weekend. Each celebration was designed as a new chapter, with its own atmosphere, visual language and sense of anticipation.

Act I: the pre-wedding celebration.
Act II: the ceremony.
Act III: the reception—an enchanting world inspired by A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Romeo + Juliet

The settings made the story even more extraordinary. Their ceremony took place inside an iconic venue widely regarded as one of the most beautiful cinemas in the world, followed by a celebration in a historic building that once formed part of a Catholic girls’ orphanage, built in 1886.

And as though the story needed one final plot twist: the cinema reopened after its renovations just one day before the wedding.”
