Reposting a few lovely bits from lately— they’ve been hard at work out in California, featuring costumes & giving some lovely shoutouts to the designers onboard & a look behind the scenes of how several of us work— thanks team 🥹 I had the joy of designing for ‘s latest work on the company “Moving Forces”, and moving it forward while everyone was united in NYC earlier this spring— a treat on so many fronts— & I’m so excited for it to officially take the stage soon! Catch their latest, a collab with the Museum of Textile Art, presenting our work!

・・・
Join us TOMORROW June 5th for a collaboration with Pointeworks and Visions Museum of Textile Art during this month’s Arts District Liberty Station First Friday, celebrating the transformative power of fabric across artistic disciplines, and culminating in a dance performance.

Featuring the work of textile artist Peggy Brown, the exhibition explores her journey and how textiles became a medium for storytelling, expression, and imagination. Alongside the exhibition, Pointeworks will offer a glimpse into the artistry of ballet costume design, tracing the path from initial sketches on paper to fully realized garments brought to life with dance.

Both exhibits will be on display throughout the evening, culminating in a live performance by Pointeworks dancers at 6 PM. It’s a rare opportunity to experience textile art in motion—where costumes, choreography, and visual storytelling converge in a living work of art.

📍 Visions Museum of Textile Art
📅 First Friday at Arts District Liberty Station
🕕 Gallery open 5-7:30 with Live Performance at 6 PM

Come see what happens when fabric becomes movement.

‘s Great Hall Concert series
{one of the things I love about working with Jazelynn is the element of positive surprise… it’s fun to have everything click in such a big way in tech, & feel the moving effect of everything coming all together. I always know it will, I just don’t always understand the specifics of how all the little pieces fit together until we’re there with everything altogether, and that’s a lot of fun, to continue to find positive surprise/discovery in one’s collaborations}

I always love working with , & this restaging of Blank on Blank by Alain Nikolai’s was no exception… I deeply love vintage hats (actually used to collect them as a young child! Writing on the wall) , and we had fun with them!
