Today someone stopped me on the Brooklyn Bridge- “Excuse me, Are you a Designer?”

If you know me, this might be one of the best compliments I have ever received. I moved to New York City in the hopes to pursue a career in the fashion industry, work on Fashion Avenue (7th Ave) & experience the “city that never sleeps” lifestyle & in the 4 years of living here, that is exactly what I did. I’ve always had a love for fashion & have high hopes that one day, I can call myself a “Designer”. But in the meantime, I will take that compliment & run with it!! This is just one of the MANY reasons why I will forever love New York City. The creativity, the inspiration, the energy, and the magic you feel walking these streets is indescribable.
