Martini Mondays? Don’t mind if we do.

We’re making the most of long summer evenings with The Sea Martini at the Ham Yard Hotel courtyard. Papa Salt Coastal Gin, Muscadet, Noilly Prat vermouth and sea grapes - best enjoyed while the light lingers a little longer.

(And what are sea grapes you ask? They’re an edible green seaweed - also know as green caviar - that pop in the mouth with a juicy, salty, and briny flavour of the sea).

Pair it with some oysters and you’ll really have started the week off right.
