Hey y’all. I hope everyone is having a beautiful week. My dad went back to Texas for a few days for a bone marrow biopsy to see how he is progressing with his stem cell transplant so please keep him in your prayers and that the cancer and cell mutations are completely gone. In the mean time I’ve been working on some new dishes along with a lot of custom orders. Here are a few I’ve been working on.

Hey y’all! I’m finally back and Better than ever! My dad had a transplant a little over a month ago and it was successful! He is now cancer free! God is good! Now that I’m back I will be posting a lot more. I’ve been working on some new designs while I’ve been a while including working with alcohol inks. They’ve been a fun new experience. Here is just one example. Thank you all for your love and prayers while we’ve been on this journey.

Hey y’all. It’s been a while hasn’t it? I figured I’d give y’all a quick life update and some insight as to why I haven’t been posting on here recently. My dad was diagnosed with (ALL) leukemia. He has been living in Texas while being treated at MD Anderson. He was having to wear this chemo Med 24/7 through a picc line. He was finally in remission but had to continue his treatment for a full year so he would be coming home in May 2022. Unfortunately, with a bone marrow biopsy they discovered some new potential cancer cells (AML) and a very rare and aggressive cell mutation. This mutation causes him to get any and every kind of cancer even the most extremely rare and aggressive ones. It was caused by a drug he had when he was treated for MCL over 5 years ago. It was determined that a stem cell transplant was the way to go even though it won’t 100% cause this to go away but it seemed like this was his only chance. They found a perfect match in my uncle. Yay! They decided to do it ASAP on feb 1st. Unfortunately, my dad contacted covid and that has put a wrench in the plan. He is doing ok with the help of the new Pfizer medicine and now his transplant has been rescheduled for feb 14. He will need to stay in Texas for another 3 months after his transplant to make sure everything goes as planned. Please keep my dad in your thoughts and prayers as he goes through this transplant and that it is successful. Also, I have set up a go fund me page for him to help pay for his medical expenses as well as lodging while he is in Texas. If you would like to donate or share his page we would be forever grateful and appreciative. This has been a hard few months and with God we can and will get through it.
