The Corner Store has quickly become one of the hottest spots in New York City. This bustling, celebrity hot spot is an homage to a classic New York bar and restaurant - that warm, welcoming neighborhood stalwart that feels as though it’s been there forever. Karen Pearse partnered with to to bring their amazing designs to life.

The entrance and front room features a custom checkerboard pattern using tumbled Dark Emperador and Stella Crema marble. The tumbled finish gives the floor that warm, vintage look. And for the outside bar, we sourced a beautiful Rojo Alicante marble, adding rich, warm tones to cary through the exterior.

Some materials try to be uniform. Yohen Border does the opposite. This glazed porcelain tile by is inspired by Yohkan, a traditional Japanese confection that reflects the colors of the changing seasons. The glaze carries subtle shifts in tone from tile to tile, so no surface ever looks the same twice. It’s a different approach to beauty, one rooted in Japanese craft and the idea that no two pieces should be the same.

first UK flagship opened on London’s historic Regent Street in November, and it’s more than just a store. The 19,000 square foot space combines retail and the brand’s signature Treats bar. We were thrilled to be part of bringing this landmark project to life, supplying custom mosaics throughout both the flagship entrance.

At the entrance to the flagship, guests are welcomed into the KITH Women’s, Kids and Treats. ice-cream bar with a custom fan mosaic floor in soft pastel onyx and marble stones. The playful pattern sets the tone for the entire space, inviting and elevated at once. We also created custom matchstick marble mosaics for the Treats. bar itself, baby pink cladding around the bar and pale blue along the top. The pastels work together beautifully, creating a cohesive, joyful introduction to the store.
