Another burst of , and I’ve decided to launch a line of “Mini Cardinal Directions ,” inspired by the , and by waking up every morning with the sun on my face and a panoramic view of the sky from my bedroom’s giant picture window. This one is made of freshwater pearls, and I crafted it while listening to so it’s fused with awesome energy. It’s a delicious peach color that I never plan to take off! 🍑☀️🧡

This morning we focused on the root , called in , during practice🧘‍♀️🔴🔺. This chakra - located at the base of the spine and associated with an individual’s most basic survival instincts - allows us to summon bravery, resourcefulness, and the will to live, while allowing us a connection with the spiritual energies of our ancestors whose experiences made a significant imprint on the way we perceive reality today.
We New Yorkers are very familiar with the basic hustle and grind often associated with getting through the day in this magnificent city, having to rely on our survival instincts as we navigate the streets, subways, and interacting with people from every conceivable walk of life, proving ourselves, proving ourselves even more, climbing climbing climbing, finally reaching success and achieving more and more and more success. 🌇💪

The root chakra is also associated with the color red, so I’m sporting some of the gear from my own clothing line today as a way to continue the focus (scarf and bracelet). Sending good vibes out, hope they are rippling your way. ✨
