I have and always shall operate according to the following principles:
We are here to serve the needs of our clients. This has always been a people business; treat everyone fairly. We are here to solve problems, not create them. When problems occur, fix them. In these changing times, there are still certain things that remain constant. I believe in developing solid, long lasting relationships with clients through listening, asking questions, offering advice when consulted, and providing the best possible service at reasonable rates. No one answer is right for every client. It is my goal to work with clients to meet their specific needs. I take pride in this responsibility. I have been in the Employment Agency profession since 1982 as a Counselor, Manager, Partner and Owner. Most recently, after almost eighteen years, I resigned the Presidency at the agency I created and accepted a new
position as Executive Vice President of the Fashion Division of MTK Resources. I have worked with many of the staff at MTK previously and look forward to once again, creating a division and environment that fosters creativity, innovation and caters to the specific needs of our clients and treats candidates with individual attention and consideration. As one can only imagine, I have seen many changes in the marketplace over the years. As the times change, it is imperative that the client/vendor relationship evolve into a true partnership.
