What if many possible futures are already here?

We have some big news! Thinc is bringing a brand-new exhibit concept to life. Born from a unique design challenge sponsored by the Pole Creek Foundation and Panorama Global, Reimagining Tomorrow: Sustainable Climate Solutions will be a traveling exhibition designed to inspire hope, grit, and action.

Through immersive storytelling, visitors will step into possible futures—exploring both our toughest environmental challenges and the breathtaking spaces where humanity and nature flourish together. We're honored to be creating this alongside our friends at Quatrefoil, who are designing a complementary experience!

A peek at the process of developing Northwoods: a gallery we’re working on for Milwaukee Public Museum's new location! We are thrilled at the opportunity to develop this experience that spans from foraging and ricing by day to glow-in-the-dark mushrooms and the Aurora Borealis at night.

Milwaukee Public Museum has revealed a sample of our sketches for the Wisconsin Journey gallery—part of an all-new museum—which will take visitors around the state to showcase its wealth of natural and cultural wonders. We are working hand-in-hand with the Museum on advancing their iconic immersive experiences, bringing forward the institutional knowledge and love for its home state, and sharing stories of the diverse indigenous cultures.

We took a small break for Halloween to dally in a virtual scavenger hunt in a Spooky Mansion using TheWild. The ghostly avatars of TheWild fit right in with the eerie environment! As did the possibilities of changing scales. Map by potassiumola.

October was Drawing Challenge month at Thinc, where we spent a little time each day responding to a different prompt. Our participating artists created hand-drawn, digital, and AI-generated work. Here are some of our favorite pieces!

In the words of Thinc's senior habitat & environment designer, the only way that you can truly understand the essence of a wild place is to actually experience it first hand. Our own David Lazenby, a seasoned traveler and professional wildlife and nature photographer, recently captured these stunning images in Zimbabwe. "It is this up-close and personal experience that I feel manifests itself in the authenticity and level of detail in the immersive zoo, aquarium, and museum environments I create."
