Shieldex® Techniktex P130+B is a 78% Polyamide +22% Elastomer in a stretch-tricot knit sliver (Ag) plated fabric +B Nitrile rubber protective coating. This is a very conductive textile with stretch in two dimensions, making it useful in sensors, electrodes, and other technical applications.

Shieldex® Nora Dell is a 100% polyamide/Nylon 6.6 woven ripstop fabric plated with 99.9% Pure Silver/Copper/ Nickel. This fabric is very conductive durable, and resistant to corrosion. Nora Dell is useful for EMI/RFI Shielding, RF Shielded Enclosures, and RF Shielded Pouches.

V-Technical Textiles Inc., is an American woman-owned small business. VTT is an innovative developer and problem solving manufacturer of RF/EMI shielded products, including commercial portable RF shelters “faraday cage.” VTT’s products are used by EMI test labs, government agencies and private industry for pre-compliance and In-Situ testing, along with pouches and many other textile related shielding items. Our staff’s mission is a constant improvement of product and manufacturing development, while maintaining a close relationship to our customer and their specific requirements. This not only gives us the ability to deliver quickly, a well-built and designed product, but also to provide a personal solution for our customer’s needs.

VTT is a fully functional cut, sew and design facility that provides its customers the flexibility of one piece prototyping to full production capability. VTT will now be able to offer its customers precision cut pieces with its new Eastman Cutting system along with 3D design capabilities.

V Technical Textiles Inc., is the industry leader in a new innovative technology to produce etched fabric circuits on tin/copper/silver fabric for use in the smart textile garments and other applications. This new technology (Etchtex) is the first of its kind to produce durable long lasting parts that can be laundered.
