Libbys Apparel is a web based store that sells EVERYTHING .......... since we are new right now I am trying to set up Pay pal , we do accept Money Orders , but In general how it works is , Payment upfront , but it is a deposit , then when the item comes in the deposit goes to the rest of the balance !!!!!!!
