These are photos that I shot last weekend in Santa Barbara of Traveler Palm Trees. I used these to freehand this mural. The curious thing is that they are on Chapala St, 1/4 block from our old Mason Street house. That place was the absolute best, one of the best times of my life, where I was living when Pete & I started dating….blah blah blah. Anyway, I think it’s meant to be & makes me happy to paint them in my own weird way!

Progress! I almost gave up after 8 or so tries & a few bad words but my youngest daughter said, “don’t give up mom, I believe in you”. I’m making my own designs too, which requires graph paper & lots of math🥴 Thank you math teachers. Apparently I learned something that was useful “later in life”!
