As we close out 2023 Christi’s Twisted Teeswould like to thank everyone for another successful year. If it weren’t for my my amazing customers I would not still be in business. So I just wanted to let everyone know I appreciate yall so much. This year has been exceptionally hard with my health issues so thank you so much for understanding and being patient as I deal with my health issues and a full time job. So to find extra time for my passion has been so hard for me as I am always tired or dealing with doctors appointments or just not feeling well. I will be having surgery and radiation in 2024 so I’m praying to get my life back and come back stronger than ever. I will keep you posted as to when that will be and how long I won’t be available for to make sure I can fulfill orders ahead of time.
On that note there will be a few changes with my business to assist with my productivity and cost and time management.
- Effective immediately there will be no 3rd party ordering. If someone is placing an order, they need to do it themselves as there has been miscommunications in the past and I end up eating the cost.
-With placing an order, I need 50% deposit down on any order, or 100% on personalized orders before starting. This is nonrefundable . Once I start an order, these are products I have purchased and they do cost money. If you back out on something that is personalized there is nothing I can do with it. I do not refund if my product doesn’t fit if you gave me the sizes. If you want to check out my sizing before ordering, that’s fine. I take cash app, Venmo, cash, card and PayPal.
-again some orders can take 2-3 weeks depending on the season and availability of products. Some sooner. Please plan ahead!
-please if you have a vehicle do not ask me to deliver your order. I am very busy and if you order from anywhere else you would have your pick up your merchandise so please respect my time. If you do not have transportation, we can work something out.
-A lot of my orders I feel I am basically giving away at my prices, so in 2024 prices will be going up as some of my supplies have over the years and I never adjusted my prices. People need to factor in electricity, water, heat, detergent, soda ash, urea, rubber bands, sinew, my dyes, shipping, on top of my merchandise and vinyl , heat press, circuit, bags, and my time !!!!! My merchandise is quality stuff.
- I need to start charging sales tax. I pay quarterly sales tax to NYS. So I need to start charging my customers sales tax.
Hopefully I don’t lose anyone over these changes! Business is business, nothing personal.
