• Commission: NONE. You keep 100% of your sales!

❓ Vendor Q & A
Q: Is this a one-time vendor event?
A: No. We are a permanent boutique-style storefront on Main Street. You set up your space, but you do not have to be present daily like at a craft fair.
Q: Is there a commission taken from sales?
A: No! Unlike many similar stores, no commission is taken. You keep what you earn.
Q: How much are the spaces?
A: Our minimum space is $45/month (approx. 3x3 ft or less). Larger spaces are calculated at roughly $5 per square foot.
Q: Is there a lease?
A: Yes. We start with a six-month lease to give yourself—and us—a fair chance to succeed. After that, it converts to month-to-month with a 30-day notice to vacate.
Q: How often do we get paid?
A: Vendors are paid out once a month, no later than the 10th.
