If you’re wearing the same bras on repeat, you should typically replace them every 6–12 months.

Over time they stretch out, lose support, and just stop doing their job the way they should.

So if you’re constantly adjusting, tightening straps, or counting down the minutes until you can take it off… it might be time 😅🤍
