Hello besties,
I hope you’ve all been well. I’ve been a bit quiet these past couple of months as I took some time to reflect on the direction I want my business to grow over the next few years.
During this time, I had to take a hard look at some of the challenges I’ve faced—particularly unpaid balances on completed orders, many of which came from people close to me. Unfortunately, the cost of unclaimed custom products and unpaid invoices has exceeded $600, not including the time, materials, and effort invested. That responsibility ultimately falls on me, and it has taught me some important lessons about boundaries and business practices.
I started this journey in my garage with nothing but a dream and a heat press, and I’m incredibly grateful for how quickly it grew into the business it is today. I love what I do, I give back year-round, and this work is how I provide for my family.
Moving forward, I will be implementing stricter policies to protect the sustainability of my business. Any outstanding unpaid balances must be settled, and individuals with unresolved invoices will no longer be able to place future orders. These accounts will be removed from my page to ensure clear boundaries and fairness to all customers.
To my loyal customers who have supported me from the beginning—thank you. Your trust and continued support mean more to me than you know, and I’m truly grateful for each of you.
