Magnesium is a critical nutrient for our bodies and we are all deficient. It is responsible for regulating Calcium, Potassium and Sodium.

Why are we all deficient you ask? The soil depletion and GMOs have changed the nutrient composition of our food. In a 2011 report, in scientific American showed that crops grown decades ago were much more rich in varieties and minerals than we get today.
