All of my designs are knit by me by hand, stitch by stitch with needles and lots of love. No machines, no helpers, just me. I seek out the finest materials to use, specializing in natural fibers, whether they are hand painted by a collection of artisans, or spun in the USA or just the softest squishiest extra-fine merino ever! If y

A little bit about me: I have been creating for as long as I can remember. Even though life has pulled in different directions, I always come back to creating with my hands. While working at Ralph Lauren, I was bitten by the knitting bug when taught by an amazing colleague. It would be accurate to use the word obsessed as I began knitting & designing knits in every free waking moment :)

Friends and colleagues soon asked me to make them items I was wearing since they loved my designs, my combinations of colors and fibers! These amazing friends have been after me to get blogging and on Etsy for years now, so here I am! What a wonderful weekend of celebrations! Michael was honored to receive the Outstanding Student in History on Friday night. He conducted and sang with his fellow Absolute Acapella members in both ceremonies to sing the New Paltz Alma Mater song. Graduated with his fellow history majors in Saturday in the School of Liberal Arts and then today was the Honors Program Graduation. What a fabulous four years or growth, discovery and learning it has been. Congratulations, to our incredible young man - wishing you a lifetime of curiosity and learning! So thankful to all that have encouraged, guided and been there for Michael - in the program, history department, , and more. So very proud of you Michael. The sky is the limit, dream big sweetie!

We got to take some pics, ate a lot of yummy food and enjoyed being together. We even got a hike in this am at the beautiful Minnewaska State park.

Blown away by the site specific production of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are dead, directed by for his capstone project.
The sites were used so thoughtfully and added so much to the production. The cast was FANTASTIC ! Cannot wait to see the closing show at 2pm today! Get there if you can!!!

So proud of as he and his team of players present his directorial debut of Tom Stoppard’s Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead.
Two shows at this weekend - Saturday May 2nd at 4:30pm and Sunday May 3 at 2pm
The performance is outdoors, behind the lecture center. Bring a chair or blanket snd come join the fun.
