His philosophy was simple, to start a business building on his knowledge of the fashion industry, that would provide for his family and provide for other families by manufacturing and selling great quality clothing at a fair price and treating our customers with respect. r than our competitors do and at a better price point. We see this play out in our large amount of repeat customer business and high regard amongst our suppliers and peers.

A PROMISE IS EVERYTHING. A business lives by it and a business can die by it. It is easy to do when there is a singular presence, but when that presence is scaled up, it is easy to get lost in what we do and why we do it. XIOS has grown into more than 20 retail stores and is now in internet omni-channel retail as well. Our solid growth continues. As we grow, it is important to always remember what we do and why we do it. This is called 'OUR PROMISE'. OUR PROMISE is simple and it is based on our founder’s philosophy. We make great quality clothes at fair prices and treat others with respect. It may seem old fashioned, but it is true and it works. It speaks to three groups:

By speaking to all three with the same promise, all know who we are and what we do. It gives us solid footing. It speaks. It lasts. It is remembered.
