Join us for our Summer Ikebana-Inspired Workshop with Chloe Greenwell, on July 19th from 5-7pm!

Explore Ikebana-inspired floral design 
during this intimate evening workshop led by local florist, Chloe Greenwell, of Aussie Bell Florals. 

Inspired by the Japanese art of Ikebana, this workshop explores the use of movement, negative space, and dramatic asymmetry.

Each participant will choose from an assortment of locally-grown flowers and foliage from our favorite nearby farms and arrange them in a bespoke vase by Niki Shelly of niki shelley in Berkeley. 

Chloe will work one-on-one with each participant to answer questions and encourage organic, harmonious designs that showcase the beauty and natural  form of each element.

Introducing one of our newest makers featured at the shop, sunhouse craft! We fell in love with their brooms years ago and can’t wait to share them with you all at Wild Fennel. 🧹

Sunhouse Craft was founded by artist and maker Cynthia Main in Berea, Kentucky. Joined by maker and wood worker, Doug Stubbs, they handcraft brooms, wooden wares, and home goods that draw on time-honored traditions of Appalachia, using natural materials sourced directly from local forests, farms, and tanneries.

A lover of nature, Cynthia’s core mission is to help create a more verdant and connected future. Her brooms are beautifully crafted and thoughtfully designed to be utilitarian works of art for the home.
