Ever dream of having an office or retail space in Nyack?

I am offering up my front retail space to a new vendor at 55 Burd Street.

It's got beautiful hard wood floors, newly painted walls and lots of light coming in. There will be shared use of a storage closets and bathroom.

I would love to stay in the back room with to see clients for Reiki and to continue to create 1:1 original clothing from secondhand materials.

The total rent would be $600/month not including internet or phone; gas and electric are both included.

We are a little off the beaten bath but the rent and our sweet landlord can not be beat!

It's finally time to close this chapter 🌈

What started as an idea for a 3 month pop-up shop became a 3 year residency for

Now here we are almost at "the end".

Tomorrow April 12th will be our last Nyack Street Fair.

We will be open April 17-19th 12-4pm and closed on Easter Sunday.

Our last week of operation will be April 23-27th 12-4pm

Please enjoy our MASSIVE DISCOUNTS with most items priced at $2-$10.

It feels like the end to a lot of you who loved coming in BUT if you know me, this is only just another beginning.

We will continue to sell 1:1 original upcycles online and some curated secondhand/vintage. Commissions for crochet customs will open by June/July.

To our neighbors on North Broadway, thank you for welcoming us with open arms. We were so fortunate for the guidance, support and love we've received from you all ♥️
