I am also the creator of Gym Hero. Gym Hero was born from one simple idea: design limited edition high-quality items that I would wear myself. I had been a personal trainer for four years before beginning the challenge of forming Gym Hero. One day, one of my clients saw my design book and broached the idea of creating my own clothing line. After testing some designs with clients and members of the
gyms I frequent, I decided to take the plunge. What started as an outlet for my passion for fitness and fashion (especially being comfortable) has become much more than the idea of simply selling some shirts. Gym Hero didn't come with a business plan. To be honest, I dropped out of college and stopped pursuing my degree in Business Administration, so outside of my personal training, I've had little background in building a business from the ground-up. By communicating with successful individuals and being open-minded to change, I believe that we've begun to make gains. Much like working out, eventually you're just going to have to stop talking and start doing. The Gym Hero logo has been my personal logo since I was seventeen years old and has only gained further significance to me as I've gotten older; it has now become the essence of how I approach my gym philosophy. The "head" represents Knowledge, be that the knowledge that you've accumulated throughout your workout journey or the knowledge that you don't know anything. The "arms" represent both Nutrition and Motivation, while the "body" represents Hard Work. At the end of the day it will always come down to the work you put in and that's the driving force behind Gym Hero. "I can accept failure. Everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying." Michael Jordan said that. I'd like to take it a step further. I can't accept not trying the best I can. That mindset lends itself towards my approach of Gym Hero. From the fabric of our shirts to the packaging itself, Gym Hero is all about providing a fun and unique experience. Thanks for checking out our page.
