This rustic, beige quarter sleeve blouse is absolutely charming. It's made with a slight band collar with an open slot neckline that encloses the shirt with matching beige toggle buttons. The pleated torso has a cute frayed edge finish with identical frayed edge quarter sleeves as well. The fitted waistline divides the garment giving the bottom of the blouse a babydoll flare.

Wear it with blue jeans and heels or a bundle it up with black tights, booties and a large warm coat!
