Today we worked on this 4th of July table runner. The majority of the pieces are out together. I am expecting some fabric to complete the firework block. Once that’s it will be time to add a backing, quilt it, then bind it. I can’t wait to see the finished product.

This colorful batik scrappy quilt is made with 2.5 x 4.5 chips, as I like to call them. It measures 47w x 58 length, and is made with different beautiful batik fabrics. To quilt it, I used a decorative stitch in the ditch.

The cat blocks have been put together and this lovely quilt is now finished. I absolutely love the way it turned out. I hope the recipient loves it as much as I do. Now it’s off to its forever home.

This quilt top is finally complete. Just look at the array of beautiful batiks. I had to order some batting along with solid black fabric for some strips to add before the border. But it should be finished by Mother’s Day.

I have completed a beautiful wall hanging for my sewing room, utilizing the Thimble Blossoms Mini Spools pattern from the Fat Quarter Shop. I am delighted with the resulluts!!

Had a little R&R in my room today. Tiny pieces to cut but well worth the outcome. Just a few more to put together. Such a great scrap buster project perfect for a quilt or maybe a wall hanging.

Finally finished the baby quilt for the new grand baby coming in April. I just love the bright vibrant colors on this quilt. I can’t wait to give it to her.
