I have a business account that I cannot get access to because the verify box has an old cell phone number and no way for me to update. I have tried to get help with the AI to no avail. Perhaps this may get someone off their a** and get me an answer. Also, they say I owe $2 and some change on my add account and it is locked until I pay. I now have used three credit cards, all with plenty of room and none being denied by my bank, and everytime getting a payment failed box. Used AI and a supposedly real human and the problem is still there. Anyone? Hello!
