I just realized why ocean art makes rooms feel so much calmer. There's actual research that blue tones in your decor can lower stress levels. So that beach print isn't just pretty; it's doing something.

I found a guide that explains the difference between coastal photos and real underwater photography. The underwater shots have this crazy color depth that surface photos just don't have. Makes me want to get a big acrylic print of a barracuda for my office wall.

Do you have any ocean art in your home? Does it actually make you feel more relaxed?

I just read a guide that called out something I've felt for years: most 'women's' scuba gear is just scaled-down men's stuff. That's why my wetsuit always flushed water at the neck. Turns out, fit is a safety issue, not just comfort. A BCD that rides up can restrict breathing at depth. A leaking mask is dangerous during ascent.

The guide says to measure chest, waist, hips, torso length, and arms, because size charts vary wildly between brands. And don't assume the 'women's' label means anatomical fit. Some brands only change colors.
