At Tennessee Valley Canoe Club’s Paddle School this Friday and Saturday night, I will have a tie dye station set up. You will be able to dye your Grateful Dead themed Paddle School Shirts!!!!

Whenever I feel down or overwhelmed, it almost feels easier to just do… nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️

Then after a while, I start getting hard on myself for not doing anything, which just turns into a spiral of:
doing nothing → feeling guilty about it → still doing nothing.

But I’ve found one of the fastest ways to break that cycle.

I put on an outfit that makes me feel good.

For me, it’s color. 🌈

The second I put on my rainbow tank and skirt, it feels like my mood shifts with it. Then I turn on my “feel good dance mix” and suddenly cleaning my room turns into dancing around and romanticizing my life a little bit again.

That’s what color does for me.

And honestly, that’s what I hope my brand can do for other people too.

Not just be something cute to wear after the river —
but something that helps you feel a little lighter, more expressive, and more like yourself again. ✨
