Power up your paddle work with these 3 tips 💪🏽

1️⃣ Start smaller: Choose a paddle size that challenges you but doesn’t totally disrupt your stroke — if your tempo dies, they might be too big.
2️⃣ Prioritize technique: Focus on a high elbow catch and a clean finish; if your stroke falls apart with paddles, that's a good indicator your teqnique can use some work.
3️⃣ Mix your sets: Use paddles for specific purpose sets — strength (short, strong repeats), pull endurance (longer aerobic work), and race-pace 25s/50s to feel real power in your catch.
