Although that is a popular quote, It is something my mother would have said and a phrase I use to this day. I don't necessarily get it right the first time every time but I always ensure that the final product is exactly what you are looking for. I was taught the basics by my mother who was my greatest inspiration. She is also the meaning behind the color I hav

e chosen for my logo.. She passed away in 2010 of Ovarian cancer, so that color is very close to my heart. I thought I would share that with all of you so you can be assured that whatever I create and develop is made with only love and joy. Sewing started as a hobby and quickly became a passion for me. My family and friends, after seeing some of my creations, urged me to pursue doing it for others...hence... "Cindy's Custom Creations." A couple months ago my full time job was made part time due to budget cuts, It allowed me to spend more time doing what I love, a blessing in disguise, if you will. I figured, why not turn this into something profitable, yet another reason that you see this business page here today. I can't put into words how much I genuinely love doing this for others. My favorite part of any of my projects is the end result, giving it to my customers and seeing their smiles and reactions. If you are wondering where I compile everything, I have my very own "sanctuary," as I like to call it. I turned part of my basement into my very own sewing room. It is a great space that allows me to focus and be close to my mother and do the best work I could possibly do. When it comes to my products, I feel that I specialize in a couple of things. These are items I have set prices for. Please see the list at the bottom of this description. I offer free consultations out of my home or am able to meet at a public location. Most of the time prices of my work are determined by what exactly you'd like me to create, for I am a "jack of all trades." Or Jill, I guess. Embroidery: $1.00 per 1,000 stitches ($10 set up fee may be required if embroidery file needs to be developed)

To my dearest followers, customers and most of all those on my waiting list: life threw me a curve ball mid September. My Dad had heart surgery and then complications from that. My free time has been spent with him. He is on the road to recovery. I will be back sewing my Memory Bears at the beginning of the new year. Please accept my apology for the delay.
