Update. I had surgery on Tuesday. No real issues, some nausea, but it is gone. I came home yesterday. I have full mobility and range of motion. I had wonderful care in the hospital by surgeon and all staff. I will take it easy as I recover. If you have not had a mammogram recently, make an appointment and get it done. A routine mamo found my cancer that I could not feel. I may try some hand sewing later today. Thank you for all the prayers and we'll wishes. Diane

I have struggled in writing this post. I had a biopsy done on August 17th, got a cancer diagnosis Aug 19th, met the surgeon Aug 25th. I will be having surgery on Sept 1st. For the month of September, the shop will be open Tuesday and Thursday. I am not going to be doing repairs until in Oct. I know that I will have some restrictions on weight. Please go get your mammograms. A routine mammogram gets credit for saving my life. We will post after my surgery and also when I am able to be in the shop again.
