So a good proper cut makes all the difference! I purchased this dress. Loved it in photo form..... although I purchased the correct size, it was FAR too big, and the waist dropped to belly button height. For me that is my "problem area", as it is the thickest part of my body. Now while I am proud of my body and what she did for me, I still want flattering.... this dress was just not. It added weight where it didn't need weight added, and the bust was extremely open and large. So, I altered the shoulders up, which raised the waist. Then i closed the bust more. Then finally, cut off length, added a ruffle.

Thoughts?
