I’ve been using Inito since September, and my cycles have been all over the place. Multiple LH surges, irregular ovulation patterns, heavy periods… it felt like my body couldn’t make up its freaking mind.

On April 10th, I started using the Rowe Casa Women’s Hormone Kit. Since then, something I’ve noticed is that my charts are showing one clear ovulation followed by a PdG rise instead of multiple LH surges throughout the month. My periods also haven’t been nearly as heavy.

Now, before anyone comes for me, I’m not saying the hormone kit is definitely the reason. Hormones are complex, and things like stress, sleep, nutrition, postpartum changes, and time can all play a role. But I do think it’s interesting to look back at my charts and see the difference.

As someone who loves learning about the body, I find this stuff fascinating. Our bodies are constantly communicating with us, and sometimes tracking things gives us clues we wouldn’t otherwise see. Next I would love to start cycle syncing especially with foods! I already plan things around my cycle. lol

I’m excited to keep watching the trends over the next few months and see if the consistency continues.

I do highly recommend a fertility tracker if you don’t have one. I love this one!
