Not sure who (🙋me!) needs to hear this but...

You’re not stuck! You’re just repeating the same story in your head.

Most negative thinking isn’t truth, it’s just bad habits. The mind runs patterns the same way the body does, through repetition.

If the message is always:

“This won’t work!”
“I’m behind!”
“I always mess this up!”

…then the outcome tends to follow that script.

A small shift in your language can change direction.

Instead of saying, “This won’t work!” try:

“I don’t know how yet, but I'm going to figure it out.”

That's going to keep the momentum going instead of shutting things down.

17 years ago today. Seems like a lifetime ago and just yesterday...
We stood side by side, full of hope, joy, and love, ready to step into the unknown together. Looking at this photo brings it all back, the nervous excitement, the deep certainty, and the overwhelming love we felt as we said “I do.” and forgetting my vows so I just said I love you til I could remember them. Thanks for nothing on helping me😂

Seventeen years later, I still do. I still choose you. I still believe in everything we are and everything we’re becoming.

We’ve grown, changed, weathered storms, shared countless laughs, and created a life full of meaning, memories, and love. We’ve built something strong—something real. And no matter what life has brought our way, we’ve faced it together.

There’s no one else I’d rather walk this path with. No one else I’d rather celebrate life’s highs or navigate its lows with. You are my partner, my best friend, my greatest comfort, and my favorite adventure.
