Let's be honest about "positivity fatigue."
For years, we’ve been told that healing our body image means looking in the mirror every morning and unconditionally loving every curve, line, and change. But on days when you're bloated, exhausted, or navigating grief, forcing positive affirmations can feel deeply performative.
Here is your permission slip to embrace Body Neutrality:
📍 Your body is an instrument, not an ornament.
📍 It is the home where your spirit and purpose live, not an art project up for public evaluation.
📍 You do not have to adore your reflection to honor your frame with nourishing food, deep rest, and respectful self-talk.
When you de-escalate the pressure to love how you look, you create space to appreciate what your body actually does.
Tell me below: What did your body do for you today that has nothing to do with aesthetics?
