A Farewell from Dreams by Janice Art Studio
After more than 15 wonderful years, Dreams by Janice Art Studio will be closing its doors. It has truly been an honor to serve the Old Town community — to create, to teach, and to share in the joy that art brings.
This studio began with a dream — Janice’s dream — to build a space where creativity could flourish and where everyone, no matter their experience, could find inspiration and expression through art. Over the years, that dream became something much bigger: a community. Together, we’ve painted, laughed, learned, and supported one another through countless seasons.
To all who have walked through our doors, taken a class, displayed art, or simply stopped by to say hello — thank you. You’ve allowed us to hold space for your dreams, and in doing so, you’ve made ours come true.
As we close this chapter, we invite you to join us one last time for an estate sale at the studio located at 777 Main St., Old Town, Maine, from Sunday, November 9 through Tuesday, November 11, 9 AM to 2 PM daily. We’ll be selling furniture, computers, printers, sewing machines, tables, chairs, kitchen supplies, and art supplies — everything must go. We hope you’ll come out to support us one more time and help us celebrate the beautiful journey this has been.
While this chapter is ending, the art, the memories, and the friendships we’ve built will always remain. From the bottom of our hearts — thank you for 15 beautiful years of creativity and connection.
