One of my favorite herbalists says that herbs will spring up when you need them – sometimes spontaneously. A couple of summers ago I threw down some fever few seeds and now I’m getting this lush harvest.
Feverfew is helpful for migraines, and inflammation. This has been a season of both of those for me. Aren’t we lucky that nature will take care of us?
