Fifteen years ago, KIAVA started with a sketch in a college notebook and a belief that women deserved better activewear.

Our founder Olivia designed supportive, functional, and beautiful pieces inspired by her own experience as a runner training for marathons. After women stopped her asking where they could buy her sports bra, she and her husband took a leap of faith—dropping out of college and investing everything into creating the iconic Endurance Bra. It sold out in just 3 weeks.

Today, KIAVA has grown into an internationally recognized brand known for supportive activewear and its signature gym-to-swim designs. Rooted in craftsmanship, confidence, and real women’s bodies, every piece is designed to help women feel strong through every season of life.

💜👀Okay we see you Training explosive power for ninja means training grip, coordination, timing, and trusting yourself enough to commit to the move. So today’s combo was:
ceiling tap, ceiling tap, clap

It’s not always about having a full ninja gym. Sometimes it’s just getting creative with a pull-up bar at home and finding ways to challenge your body in new ways.

Finished it off with a few strict pull-ups

If you try this, tag me because I want to see it (no worries if you can’t reach the ceiling just reach up as high as you can)

Also… don’t try explosive drills like this on a regular doorframe pull-up bar unless it’s a pull-up bar because otherwise there’s a very real chance it’s ending up on the floor 😂
