When things start to shake in life the easiest thing to do is react, but practicing stillness expands your awareness on where you are in the present moment allowing you to move from a place of reaction to responding. If we were dropped off blindfolded in the middle of no where do you think the smart thing to do would be just start running with no knowledge of where you are? No. Being still through the process of change allows you to have a better understand of where you are and how to navigate through the space. Allow stillness into your life and the idea that everything is happening for you and against you.

Everyday we have the opportunity to start fresh and opportunity to get closer to the person we desire to become. But in order to that we just let go of what was what used to be what no longer serves who we woke up to be today.
