Recovery Update:

My strength is returning bit by bit. Im still a bit achy, crampy from time to time. Ive removed my bandage totally and the entry point has healed beautifully.
Up moving around a bit. Strecting my legs. Anxious to get in here. 👀😁🌸☺️ My new sewing Space. Eeeeekkkk!!!

Ok. Sew i know this is UFO month but I had to sneak a quick project in because of a post i read in another group. Im ashamed to say that I haven't sewn or created anything for my spouse in QUITE some time. 😳😞
Sewwww I got to do this real quick. Lol!! 😁🤭

Ok my sewsters for January's challenge (Tackling your UFOs) i took on some masks that i started over a year ago. 🤷🏾.. Lol.
But honestly they came right on time. Its definitely cold, flu, covid, strep, etc. season. And since we are still allowed to wear masks in public places these will get some use. 🥰
2 medium suze, and 2 large. I had to find some fabric for 1 and only had half a mask cut out for another. One of the larges was actually almost all put together, it just needed the casings for the elastic sewn together..

The other 3 needed filters added as well. When i tell you it brought me sewww much joy putting these little things together, that would be an understatement!!! Ive missed being able to sit and sew as i please. (Tears)

I got them together. And now ive just got to give them a good washing.
Better late than never.. lol.

I encourage you guys to pull out the UFOs and finish atleast 1. Its sewww rewarding!!!

I still have my self -laminated mask and filter patterns. They need to ne redone though.
