A moody little vintage haul is making its way to Crow’s Nest.

This round has a darker, more dramatic feel (my favorite): ornate brass, cut crystal, gilded vanity pieces, old-world décor, and a few pieces with that mysterious collected-over-time energy I’m always drawn to.

These aren’t listed just yet, but they’ll be coming to my Etsy one by one over the next week. I’ll be photographing, researching, and getting them ready over the next bit, so consider this a little first look at what’s on the way.

A little mid-century personality for your shelf.

This carved wood and brass gazelle has such a good shape, warm wood tone, and just the right amount of vintage charm. It feels playful without being cutesy, and it would be perfect on a bookshelf, desk, dresser, or tucked into a collected little corner with old books and brass accents.

I love pieces like this because they instantly make a space feel more interesting.

I have such a soft spot for vintage kitchen pieces that are actually useful and beautiful.

This Italian Florentine salt and pepper set has that lovely aged gold look with painted details, a little patina, and so much personality. It feels like something you’d find in a cozy old kitchen where the recipe cards are handwritten and the table is always set.
